The Catit Triple Action Fountain Filters Pad are now less than 75% plastic, are filtered out debris and removes odours and impurities. Softens tap water by reducing magnesium and calcium. These minerals accumulate in your pet's lower urinary tract and can lead to urinary tract diseases, a common health issue for cats. This product is not designed to cure any diseases or illnesses.
Rinse the filter pad with running water to clear away excess carbon dust. Place the filter pad into a designated area of the fountain with the flat mesh side facing up. Replace every 30 days for cleaner, better-tasting water.
This new filter works the same way as previous model but uses way less plastic materials. Same effectively in filtering the drinking water, yet much more environmentally friendly.
