• For orders less than $100, a standard delivery fee of $10 applies.

Delivery Fulfilment

• We strive to deliver your order within 4 working days (excluding Sundays and PH).
• Delivery dates and time slots will be assigned based on the earliest availability.
• Self-collections has been discontinued to reduce crowding at the retail store. All online orders will be delivered.
• An administrative fee of $10 applies in the event of unsuccessful delivery, postponement, or cancellation of order.
• Delivery hours are from 12pm - 7pm daily (except Sundays and PH).
• Our deliveries are limited to within Singapore only.
• There might be instances where your desired item is unavailable : We will notify you as soon as we can, recommend an alternative or issue a refund for the unavailable item. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Thank you!
