Ascophyllum nodosum is harvested from the clean and cold seas of Norway and Iceland. When ingested on a regular basis, this marine alga has been clinically proven to reduce plaque and tartar.

Dental plaque is made up of a community of microbes that have organized into a tenacious biofilm.
